Lead Technician - Mandaue, Cebu

• Job Details:

Relevant experience of 5 years in facilities/building management. Minor repairs and troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, aircon, refrigeration, fabrication/ carpentry works in retail setting (supermarket, department store, convenience store, mall etc.)

• Focus is more on equipment monitoring and minor repairs (Generator, Chillers, Refrigeration, Aircon, and etc.)

Knowledgeable with Routine Operations and Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance.

• Amenable to work on 6-day work week and shifts (AM, MID, PM)

Willing to visit other sites within the cluster for emergencies

• Will oversee other technicians in other sites

Good to have but not required:

• NC II, Driver's license

_The company will provide the uniform, PPE, tools, and travel expenses (if will visit other sites)_

• What We Are Looking For:

Graduate of Engineering or Technical Degree TESDA NC2 certified

• 5 years Experience in field of maintenance

Acceptable Computer Software Proficiency Level

Willing to be assigned in Mandaue

Pay: Php17,
