Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Tech Lead / Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is equivalent to a tech lead and requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Service and Contact Center modules. The ideal candidate will effectively translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, develop essential documentation, and support various testing and integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Serve as a tech lead/consultant, guiding teams on the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions based on business needs.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center modules, ensuring optimal functionality.
Documentation: Create and maintain integration design documents and solution design documents to support project initiatives.
Data Mapping: Assist in data mapping activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity during system integrations.
Testing Support: Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by addressing defect resolution and providing troubleshooting assistance for Dynamics 365 issues.
Quality Assurance: Execute test plans and test cases; perform manual unit testing to ensure the highest quality of software.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
DevOps Management: Manage and maintain the development lifecycle in Azure DevOps, adhering to best practices and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), specifically in Sales and Service modules.
Proficiency in PowerApps (Model Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate.
Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, plugins, and other related technologies.
Experience:
Proven track record in a tech lead or consulting role with D365 experience.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
