Responsibilities of a Lead Teacher

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Provide individualized support to students

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Qualifications

Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills

Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and practices

Effective Communication skills with parents and staff

Experience in Kindergarten or Preschool settings

Creativity and flexibility in adapting to the needs of young learners

Ability to maintain a positive and safe classroom environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Teaching certification or license preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred
