Job Description
Specialists in this role get to:
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
- Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
- Hosting and attending college career days for students and recent graduates and promoting employer brand.
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our Academe Connect programs and open positions.
- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design campus programs.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or recruitment.
- Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.
- Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
- Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Great networking abilities.
