JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary:
Experienced Lead Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing them through a structured pipeline, and ultimately closing deals to support our client's staffing needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships that drive results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Sourcing and Identification:
- Conduct targeted research and use various sourcing tools to identify potential healthcare clients and decision-makers in key healthcare organizations.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, industry-specific job boards, and CRM systems to source new leads and maintain a robust lead database.
Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and implement a lead nurturing strategy, maintaining consistent communication with potential clients through emails, calls, and scheduled follow-ups.
- Build relationships by understanding client needs, highlighting our value proposition, and aligning with industry trends to anticipate potential staffing requirements.
- Educate clients on our services, market insights, and the value we bring to healthcare recruitment.
Client Engagement and Pipeline Management:
- Manage a pipeline of potential healthcare clients, tracking interactions, follow-up actions, and conversion stages within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Update CRM records to track client needs and ensure an organized and efficient pipeline.
Closing and Contracting:
- Facilitate contract negotiations, addressing any client questions and aligning on terms to finalize agreements.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to transition signed clients smoothly into the fulfillment phase, ensuring an excellent client experience from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Proven track record of successful lead generation, nurturing, and closing in a healthcare-focused recruitment or staffing environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and effectively engage healthcare professionals.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proficient in closing deals and negotiating contracts with a client-centric approach.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare roles, recruitment needs, and industry-specific requirements is essential.
- Analytical and Organized: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up actions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and healthcare recruitment networks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in managing a high-volume pipeline and achieving monthly/quarterly lead conversion targets.
