• Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing features and tasks, and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for product development.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the product roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals and vision.

• Prioritise features and tasks, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources in our agile development environment with weekly cycles.

Work closely with the development team, employing a test-driven development methodology to maintain high-quality standards.

• Leverage technical knowledge in React JS, Node JS, and PostgreSQL to guide and support the development team.

• Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.

Strong technical background with experience in React JS, Node JS, and PostgreSQL.

• Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing development teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to monitor user behaviour and translate insights into product enhancements.
