Overview

As a Lead Software Developer, the candidate will take responsibility for cutting-edge web applications from analysis to design, coding, testing, and deployment. The lead developer is also encouraged to propose improved processes and methodologies and to promote the company's work culture.

Working with the development team and directly with our international clients, the candidate will understand the client's requirements and provide adequate solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze and understand the customers requirements.
• Learn the tech stack and assume ownership of existing applications.
• Provide design and architecture for new solutions.
• Suggest system improvement and enhancements.
• Contribute heavily with coding of critical functions.
• Become the focal point of contact for our international clientele.
• Collaborate and provide technical leadership to our team of developers, designers, and testers.
• Take part in strategic and management discussions.

Qualifications:

• College/university graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years work experience with web application development.
• Excellent knowledge of web and mobile application concepts/architecture and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments and deployment.
• Eager to learn new technologies, flexible and able to prioritize, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and international team members.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• AI familiarity and experience is an advantage.
