We are representing a logistics company and looking for Product Demonstrator to demo logistics software to interested clients.
Below are some of the responsibilities an Lead Product Demonstrator is expected to assume:
- Scheduling and conducting product demonstrations with potential customers.
Presenting our transportation SaaS solution to prospects, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Passing the client to the onboarding team and account manager, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
Collaborating with the onboarding team and account managers to ensure seamless customer experience.- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (currently, we are using Salesforce).
- Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an appointment setter:
- Fluent English - you will be the face of the company and the first person our customers will address when they have a question or a problem. You should be able to communicate with clients freely.
1+ proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or IT sectors (US market).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
You will need to adjust your schedule to work from
8 am to 5 pm New York time ().
