Job Description
- Performs engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification and corrective action on low yield, maverick, and CI reject lots.
- Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield and maverick lots, CI rejects evaluation, test program problems, hardware, and system related problems.
- Performs qualification of the following: New product, new test systems, new test software, new hardware
- Interacts with other department concerning product-related issues.
- Designs and modifies test systems and equipment as needed, to eliminate processing errors.
- Submits weekly/monthly performance report.
- Writes test/process specification in accordance with company documentation policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC
- Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA
