Job Description:- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Strategize and think of plans on how to implement the fabrication process efficiently and effectively.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating and assigning tasks to workers accordingly per worker's skills and specialty- Lead and coaching team members to maximize their potential.
Train, Coach, and Mentor a team member to act as Assistant Lead man in his absence as contingency measure and succession planning
- Monitor output of the team and project completion
Monitor quantity control and quality assurance of the team- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
