the launches of the new VXCEED Distribution Management System
(DMS) for their assigned CU.
The Lead Implementers will have 5 Implementer direct reports.

This position is a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) to aid the project
team in the VXCEED DMS implementation.

• Organize deployment of Implementers to scheduled
  
  Partners
  a) Confirm schedule of trainings with CU
  b) Deployment and assignment of Implementers based on
  confirmed schedule of trainings

• Manage performance of the Implementers
  a) Ensure the timeliness of Implementer trainings
  b) Monitor Implementer launches
  c) Capturing of feedback from Implementers

• Consolidation of any enhancement requests coming from the CU

• Retraining of already-launched Partners
  a) Partners who need reinforcement training due to low usage
  b) Partners with newly hired DSPs or Encoders

• Testing of any new enhancements and bug fixes of the VXCEED DMS
  
  
• Qualifications:

• Any degree in business or technology

• Experience field Implementation of IT systems or
  applications

• Experience in training frontliners and back-office associates

• Strong communication and people management skills

• Able to work with and interact with different types of people

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)

• Willing to travel across the Philippines

• Willing to do fieldwork and route ride

• Problem-solving mindset

• Detail-oriented

• Has experience in fast-paced business environment
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
  
  Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php25,001.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
