Reveah Executives is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist/Outbound Caller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, utilizing your exceptional communication and prospecting skills to identify and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects, introducing our products/services and generating interest.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify client needs and qualify leads.
- Effectively handle objections and address inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Accurately track and document all call activity and lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or a similar sales-oriented role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
