Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Pay per call

Position Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: 11k to 18k PHP

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads through various channels, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize multiple channels such as email, social media, LinkedIn, and cold calling to identify and prospect potential clients.
  2. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities.
  4. Conduct research to identify potential prospects and their key decision-makers.
  5. Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads and regularly update CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with lead status and information.
  6. Nurture leads through email campaigns, content sharing, and other relevant methods to move them through the sales funnel.
  7. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
  8. Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation campaigns and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using various lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
