The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating warm leads for the sales team. This job requires very strong skills in sales prospecting and prospect qualification using a number of available tools including, but not limited to, phone, and email. This individual acts as the prospect acquisition expert.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advocates are expected to provide excellent customer service skills as well as sales skills.
This role is to sell the idea of getting a quote from the company. - They have to answer each and every call accordingly and in a timely manner while using a friendly, positive, and professional tone.
They work with numerous campaigns and scripts change based on the lead source.
- They follow the script in its entirety to ensure the consumer qualifies.
They must probe with questions and use rebuttals taught during training and ongoing coaching sessions.- They are also responsible for dispositioning each call correctly.
Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects.
- Able to work autonomously
