Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various channels, including cold calling and company mapping. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract and convert potential customers into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Leads:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
• Utilize various tools and platforms (such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media) to gather information on potential leads.

Company Mapping:

• Identify and document key stakeholders, decision-makers, and organizational structures within target companies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organizational hierarchy, including identifying potential influencers and champions.
• Maintain and update company profiles in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date.

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to our products or services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

Lead Nurturing:

• Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
• Nurture leads through follow-up communications, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in research, company mapping, lead generation, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Experience in cold calling and engaging prospects over the phone.
• Knowledge of company mapping techniques and experience in identifying organizational structures.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
