Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Lead Generation Specialist/Appointment Setter performs a variety of duties for sales management in the Sales Department.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Contacts prospective clients via telephone and email and ensure that these calls will be converted to appointments for the Sales Team;
Keeps detailed schedules and reminds the team and the customers on the meeting details;
Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue;
Answers incoming calls from prospective clients and set meeting with the sales team.
Properly explains the company and its products and services to the customers when making an appointment;
Provides reports on all the calls done for each day.
Performs other tasks assigned by the BDM, Directors or COO.
Education : Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any relevant disciplines
Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome, appointment setter experience is an advantage; Outstanding listening skills and attention to details; excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition; results-oriented
