Responsibilities
Client Specific tasks:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers using various tools and platforms.
- Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and readiness for our solutions, ensuring that the sales pipeline is filled with high-quality opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation process.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all stages of the sales cycle.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales continually refine your approach and drive better results.
Requirements
SKILL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Have at least 1-2 years experience and proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Have strong presentation skills with a professional manner
- Be confident with a can do attitude
- Be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com (or another CRM)
- Can start ASAP and amenable to required schedules
- Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
