Our team is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic, data-savvy, and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to jump on board! You will make a big impact as a critical supportive team member to our CEO and Head of Revenue as you drive our lead generation efforts and nurture potential clients.
What You'll Do as an Sales Development Representative:
- Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients.
- Prospect and identify potential leads through email, social media, and online research.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized CRM system (HubSpot) to track leads and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects.
- Conduct thorough research on companies before calls to provide valuable insights and context.
- Attend calls, take detailed notes, and follow up with assignments from prospects.
- Post cheerleading content and updates on LinkedIn to support brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in creating and optimizing email templates, sequences, and other outbound marketing materials.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving lead generation processes and strategies.
What does Success Look Like
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized CRM system with high data accuracy (90%).
- Schedule and confirm meetings with prospects within 24 hours of engagement (95%).
- Provide detailed research and insights on companies before calls (100%).
- Drive lead conversion rates through effective outreach and follow-up.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful email outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Yesware, or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data (Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- A self-starter with a detail-oriented approach, ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work half your work day on US time (Mon-Fri). Remaining hours will be flexible.
