Key Responsibilities:- Generate, verify and qualify leads of prospect clients using a variety of channels and platforms, such as online sources ( e.g., LinkedIn,,Google), networks (family, friends, social acquaintances, former colleagues), and referrals.
Research on leads and their market, including competitors.- Record these leads in the Company's database, providing proper and relevant remarks and tags, such as hot, warm and cold, and keep lead status managed over time.
Maintain the accuracy, integrity , confidentiality and availability of the records in the database.
- Effectively navigate through gatekeepers and persistently reach out to leads until a connection is established.
Engage decision makers and aids of decision-makers in time-conscious, probing conversation to gain a better understanding of the business, including, but limited to, the nature of the business, scope, needs and demands as well observe the behavior or tendencies of the decision-maker.- Become a subject matter expert on the products and/or services of the client to answer confidently inquiries and overcome objections.
Nurture leads through regular touch base across multiple channels.
- Meet and discuss updates with stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other pertinent members in the Company.- Performs other duties as designated.
Preferably, has at least one years of voice Lead Generation experience.- Must have experience in all of these: Hubspot, ZoomInfo, cleaning services
Preferably, has LinkedIn marketing and email marketing experience.
