Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, primarily pharmacies in the UK, to generate leads for our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the England pharmacy market.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through email and phone calls.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with decision-makers to discuss our services.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and prioritize opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and interactions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointments set, and sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
