Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & List Building
- Identify and generate leads for the cleaning business.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive list of potential clients.
- Research and target key demographics and markets specific to Florida.
Automation & CRM Management
- Implement and manage automated processes to streamline lead generation.
- Build and maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads.
- Recommend and implement tools to improve lead generation and CRM management.
Administrative Support
- Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Google Sheets.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Review and screen candidates for the cleaning crew.
- Assist with tracking inventory levels and ordering cleaning supplies and products as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for cleaning crew candidates.
Qualifications:
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven experience in generating leads, identifying target markets, and building lead lists.
- CRM Management: Experience managing CRM systems and implementing CRM solutions tailored to the business needs.
- Automation: Skilled in setting up and managing automation processes to enhance lead generation efficiency.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools for outreach.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Google Sheets and familiar with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in speaking Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in the Cleaning Industry: Previous experience working with service-based businesses, especially in the cleaning industry, is a plus.
- Administrative Experience: Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry efficiently.

Primary Goals:
- Help acquire new clients and expand the business to hotels, residential properties, and short-term rental accommodations.
- Work closely with the business owner to develop strategies and manage lead data.
