Job Description

Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Appointment Setter performs a variety of duties for sales management in the Sales Department.
  • SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Contacts prospective clients via telephone and emailand ensure that these calls will be converted to appointments for the Sales Team;

  • Keeps detailed schedules and reminds the team and the customers on the meeting details;

  • Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue;

  • Answers incoming calls from prospective clients and set meeting with the sales team.

  • Properly explains the company and its products and services to the customers when making an appointment;

  • Provides reports on all the calls done for each day.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by the BDM, Directors or COO.
  • Education : Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any relevant disciplines
  • Experience* : Fresh graduates are welcome, appointment setter experience is an advantage; Outstanding listening skills and attention to details; excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition; results-oriented
