Leads Generation Specialist Roles and Responsibilities_
- Work closely with Buhay's COO to help build the ecosystem in the Philippines to enable greater awareness, reputation, and visibility in the market. This should result in high-velocity lead pipeline flow and closed opportunities.
- Find and develop new leads to support increased revenue for Buhay's loan origination/sourcing service with its Financial Institution (FI) partner's business credit line offerings. Lead generation can be done through tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator/InMail, Zoom Info, Lusha, Apollo, other Database Acquisition, etc.
- Lead efforts through tactics such as Callouts, E-mail Reachout, Communication apps messaging, and LinkedIn messaging to develop leads from cold to semi-warm.
- Assist in building a relationship alongside the Business Development team for demand-side opportunities through including but not limited to: digital conversations (LinkedIn, e-mail, and various communications apps, setting meetings, and follow-through of next steps (document collection, proposal follow-through).
- Utilize tools such as Hubspot, and Supabase to manage the pipeline of leads/deals for new clients.
- Report performance by submission of bi-weekly and monthly reports for the review of the COO, for all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Conversations through LinkedIn, e-mail, and various communications apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc)
Setting of Scoping Meetings- Securing of Qualified Leads (for Pre-Sanctioning)
Contributing to the overall Launched Opportunities of the team.

Qualifications_

- _A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales leads generation with a track record of high conversion rate and increasing business revenue. Experience handling loans or financial services is a plus.
- Rapidly grasps new concepts, and skilled in analyzing and resolving intricate operational challenges with speed and proficiency.
- An energetic and proactive self-starter with a strategic outlook and a dedication to achieving operational excellence who challenges the norm and is willing to go beyond what is expected.
