Lead Generation Intern

Lead Generation and Verification Specialist Interns are responsible for supplying leads and achieving maximum sales goals for the company through prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads.

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

• Sourcing real estate leads through various online platforms and add it to the lead database.
• Create market list for potential leads.
• Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
• Conduct initial qualification of leads.
• Updating all relevant information about the lead on the CRM.
• Performing functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.
• Verifying with the leads on records the accuracy of the information.
• Must be currently enrolled in any course.
• Preferably can work thrice a week.
• Minimum of 300 hours.
• Accepting voluntary internship.
