Umbrex is seeking a Lead Generation Associate based in the Philippines to help us grow and connect with potential clients. As a Lead Generation Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential candidates and clients and initiating contact to generate interest in our offerings. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's growth and success.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify potential leads across industries.
- Engage with leads via LinkedIn and other channels to set up appointments.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to support their outreach efforts.
- Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead data.
- Conduct A/B testing for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to optimize results.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, including using tools like Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with B2B sales and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mixmax).
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct A/B testing for outreach campaigns.
- Bonus: Experience working with management consulting or recruiting firms.
