We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of funnels, lead magnets, and conversions, alongside mastery of Clay (www.clay.com/), a powerful tool for managing and nurturing professional relationships. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation efforts, optimize conversion rates, and utilize Clay to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Funnel Management
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using Clay.
- Design and optimize sales funnels to capture and convert leads.
- Utilize Clay to segment and target audiences, ensuring personalized and relevant outreach.
Conversion Optimization
- Analyze and optimize conversion paths, including landing pages, email campaigns, and call-to-actions.
- Use Clay to track and analyze customer interactions, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Data Management and Analysis
- Leverage Clay's data analysis features to gain insights into lead behavior and preferences.
- Generate reports on lead generation and conversion activities, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.
Relationship Management:
- Use Clay to manage and nurture relationships with leads, clients, and partners.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and preferences to ensure personalized engagement.
- Follow up with leads and clients to maintain strong, positive relationships and drive conversions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion.
- Share best practices and insights on using Clay and optimizing funnels and conversions.
- Assist in training team members on lead generation and conversion strategies using Clay.
