The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Financial Reporting team specializing in Foreign Exposure and Intercompany. As a key member of this team, you will provide guidance and direction to Accounting Technicians and Analysts involved in the day-to-day operations of financial reporting as well as reviewing and maintaining various balance sheet account reconciliations. The location of the position is in Manila, Philippines. Key

• Responsibilities:

Manage reconciliation of consolidated intercompany balances and processes.

• Prepare and review complex journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and quarterly working papers.

Assist and support in the 5-day period end close process including identifying any issues and the action required to correct them to ensure that our financial statements are properly stated.

• Assist in the review and implementation of various business process improvement and innovation.

Assist with updates and changes to financial practices and procedures including corporate forms.

• Ensure staff are fully trained and equipped to perform in a high volume, centralized environment; and

Provide and maintain information as required for external disclosure.

• Job Requirements:

A thorough working knowledge of full cycle accounting.

• Proven ability to work either as part of a team or independently with a full range of staff from administrative to senior management.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and firm deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and support team members.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

• Relevant experience with the Bank reconciliation process would be an asset.

Experience with Blackline, Oracle or other large Enterprise systems would be an asset.

• Ability to work the night shift schedule.

Experience:

Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
