The
Lead Data Solution Architect is a critical role responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining our organization's data-related technology landscape that is aligned to business goals and technology strategy. This position plays a pivotal role in determining how applications will be integrated, transforming complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions. The Lead Data Solution Architect should possess deep knowledge of various data workloads, use cases, tools, and products to recommend sound solutions, frameworks, and design patterns that offer long-term value, maintainability, performance, and scalability. Can operate in a start-up and experimental environment as needed.

Documentation and Communication:_
- Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.- 8-10 years of extensive experience in data architecture and solution design.
Leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring data teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in various data technologies, including databases, data warehouses, ETL processes, and big data.- Familiarity with cloud-based data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong domain knowledge in customer analytics and digital applications.
- Competency in end-to-end data solutions design, including data modeling and governance.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful data architecture projects.- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
