Job Description:
Lead CS Vendor Management- In-country Lead CS Vendor Management to oversee all lines of Business Care and Sales operations in the Philippines. Develops the partners/vendors to successfully promote and sell their wireline/wireless solution/application (which includes ATT wireline/wireless data service). This may include coaching and development to vendor supervisors, QA, and trainers for gaps heard in call monitoring of agent to customer. Collaborate and attend partner/vendor briefing meetings, create and deliver training materials, coordinate activities to meet sales objectives, and provide status and custom reports as required with peers and senior management, cross-functionally managing all issues to resolution. Develops complex structured business planning, partner funnel and forecasting, product and system training, and operational support.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related field such as sales, business development, or partner/vendor management. Prior experience in managing international relationships and working in a global context required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable.
