Business Analyst plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BS IT, or any equivalent software engineering degree
At least five (5) years work experience as Business Analyst with significant hands-on experience on software testing- Must be well-versed in information technology and cloud solutions.
Strong background on Software Development Life Cycle
- (SDLC) and excellent knwoldege on Agile methodology
Has superior soft-skills in areas like verbal and written communication, team leadership and project management, to effectively communicate with business decision-makers and subordinates- Proficient with all Microsoft window-based programs.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
