• Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:

• -At least 5 years of experience as a test lead

• -Experienced in leading testing teams (5 - 10+ resources)

• -Experience in leading multiple, medium to complex testing projects

• -Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, strategies, and

• techniques

• -Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT,

• Katalon Studio, OUTA among others.

• -Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, among others.

• -Proficient in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner,

• BlazeMeter, NeoLoad among others.

• -Proficient in defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or HP Quality Center.

• -Proficient in test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, TestLink, Xray among

• others.

• -Understanding of programming languages commonly used in testing, such as Java,

• Python, or C#.

• -Familiar with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment

• (CI/CD) processes.
