Job Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience as a test lead
Experienced in leading testing teams (5 - 10+ resources)- Experience in leading multiple, medium to complex testing projects
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, strategies, and techniques
- Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, Katalon Studio, OUTA among others.
Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, among others.- Proficient in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad among others.
Proficient in defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or HP Quality Center.
- Proficient in test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, TestLink, Xray among others.
Understanding of programming languages commonly used in testing, such as Java, Python, or C#.- Familiar with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment
(CI/CD) processes.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead testing teams to ensure projects meet established time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills with clients, development team/s, and other stakeholders
ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php95,- 00 - Php110,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
