Excellent Communication skills with clients, development team/s, and other stakeholders- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified
At least 5 years of experience as a test lead- Experienced in leading testing teams (5 - 10+ resources)
Experience in leading multiple, medium to complex testing projects
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, strategies, and techniques
Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, Katalon Studio, OUTA among others.- Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, among others.
Proficient in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad among others.
- Proficient in defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or HP Quality Center.
Proficient in test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, TestLink, Xray among others.- Understanding of programming languages commonly used in testing, such as Java, Python, or C#.
Familiar with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
