Job Description

ROLE: Lead Assistant Manager - Total Rewards (Hybrid)

Location: MOA, Pasay, Philippines.

Salary: PHP 65,000 Max Basic

Language: English (Filipino)

Joining Date: ASAP or with Notice Period

Headcounts: 2

Permanent Job

Hybrid work set-up (once a week work on site)

Report To: Manager Total Rewards

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field

Must Have: 3-5 year of relevant working experience out of which at least 1 year in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Total Rewards
  • Basic Function

Responsible for supporting and/or leading Total Rewards projects that will increase functional productivity of the Total Rewards Team, including but not limited to job evaluation and pricing activity, Compensation Benchmark Study, Salary structure review and development, etc.
  • Essential Functions
Assist in designing and implementation of Total Rewards to amplify Business Productivity and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, and retains talent.
  • To partner with Ops to support effective internal processes involving total rewards.
Liaise with Talent Acquisition and HRB Teams and ensure smooth pricing and hiring process.
  • Assist in the design and upkeep of C&B policies and ensure effective and timely communication to all stakeholders.
Serve as internal resource for operations managers, HR peer group, and employees on compensation and benefits programs, plans and policies.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to ensure the coverage of all grounds on project executions.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency of Total Rewards and / or our stakeholders.
  • Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field

Annexure:

Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule 2pm 11pm or 3pm-12pm.

Hybrid work set-up (once a week work on site).
