1 LAY OUT ARTIST/ ONLINE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE

Area assignment: San Pedro St., Davao City

QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Bachelor's Degree Course or senior high school graduate

With experienced as a layout design artist

Must have knowledge and skill in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Illustrator.

Computer literate

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Online customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give them information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. A lay-out artist is a professional who uses different computer software programs to create visually appealing designs and layouts in print media.
