Looking for Laundry Technicians
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Laundry Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry equipment is operating efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of laundry machines. The Laundry Maintenance Technician will work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, the Laundry Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, ordering necessary parts and supplies, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Perform regular inspections of laundry equipment.- Conduct preventive maintenance on all machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Order necessary parts and supplies.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime.
- Provide training to staff on proper equipment use.
Assist in the installation of new equipment.- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules.- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
