About The Job
A Late Trainer trains and coaches employees on late-stage collection techniques, develops training materials, conducts workshops, and provides ongoing support to ensure compliance and effective recovery.
What You Will Do
- Work in the field, directly observing and guiding employees to improve their job performance.
- Training and Development. Deliver training programs in real-world settings, such as in the workplace or at client locations. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of trainees. Provide hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and practical exercises to help trainees gain relevant skills and knowledge.
- Skill Assessment. Assess the current skill levels of trainees to identify areas for improvement. Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed.
- Admin tasks. Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest areas for improvement. Maintain a records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate off-boarding if necessary and conducts Feedback and Coaching to trainees.
- Safety and Compliance promotion especially trainees. Ensure they are aware and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Product Knowledge facilitation including upskilling and cross-skilling.
- Communication material creation and collaborates with different departments and with other colleagues to align training efforts with organizational efforts.
- Adjust training materials and approaches based on evolving needs and workforce.
What You Need To Have
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field
- At least 2 years of experience related to the role.
- Proficiency in training methodologies and techniques
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong commitment to the development of others
- Target driven and can work under minimal supervision
- Possesses analytical and logical skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Decision-making skills and keen on details.
- Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog with 1 local Dialect
Need to Have Areas
- Knowledge on field collection or credit investigation
- Knowledgeable to Metro Manila Areas or designated areas assigned to rove.
- Advantage if with Trainer Certification and Six Sigma Certification
- Previous experience in the industry and a deep understanding of the field's practices
