PRINTER TECHNICIAN Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Sourcing replacement parts.
Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.- Render printer service to client
Diagnose and troubleshoot computers and printers/machines
- Provide machined preventive maintenance service deployed at client
Demo and installation of printers/machines- Testing of brand-new printers/machines purchased
Assist client on-call to address solutions to complains
- Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems
Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull out, collection and official receipts) and check and/or cash collections
Graduate of any computer related course- Fresh graduates are welcome
Knowledgeable in different varieties of printers and embroidery machines
- Willing to Train and in flexible time
Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.- Proficiency in MS Office.
Willing to do fieldworks
