Main Duties:
Determine and verify property lines to establish legal boundaries.
Measure and map the elevation and contours of the land to create detailed topographical maps.
Provide precise measurements and layouts for building and infrastructure projects.
Divide land into smaller parcels, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to draft precise plans and diagrams.
Qualifications:
Graduate of geodetical engineering or in civil engineering with a focus on surveying experiences
Knowledgeable in using tools such as GPS, total stations (TOPCON), and drones to collect accurate field data.
Precision and accuracy are crucial in all surveying tasks.
Ability to solve problems and interpret complex data.
Clearly communicating findings and collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as land surveyor of high-rise commercial/residential building projects.
