Brief Summary of Job Duties- to do the plan & design of possible basic land development, ie
scheming & design working plan of a subdivision including its blocks preparation, road network, waterline & drainage system & design analysis and can do the estimate of work especially the B.O.M of the basic land development works & designed a basic land development from a well-known developer already.
Qualifications- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil/Structural or Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engr.
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Land Development in Housing Construction management and with experience in site layout, roadway construction, utilities, grading and drainage etc.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD- Knowledgeable of PD957 & BP 220 rules & regulations for a possible incoming project.
