Basic Function: Responsible for requesting of budget to government offices payments
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Documents such as: Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Affidavit, Sec. Cert., Petition in Court, Partition Agreement, Memorandum of Agreement, Letters to gov't. agencies, and other legal documents.
- Preparation of documents for PAG-IBIG Compliance, and Bank Compliance.
- Preparation of all Request for Payment and Cash Advance Payment.
- Meeting with Tenants with regards to their issues on Land Tenancy.
- Assist Construction Dept. on their issues with the seller of the land with regards to land development.
- Prepares all documents and follow up License to Sell and all permits of the project such as Dev. Permits, Sanggunian Resolution, Re-Classification, Zoning Certification & Brgy. Clearance.
- Prepares documents needed and process for the transfer of title to MDC/RPI.
- Request for Certified copy and Certification from the office of the Register of Deeds for the Project.
- Assist CNC HDMF/BANK for the annotation of their Cancellation of Mortgage, Open Traverse and other relative task for take out.
- Qualification :
Must be a College Graduate..
At least 1-2years of work experience in related field.
From a developer company / real estate.
Wiling to be assigned in Makati City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
