The Land Acquisition Officer is responsible for the following:
- Formulation of competitive product pricing and conduct of financial viability study to determine if there is market potential
Conducts the delivery of land acquisition targets through location evaluation, feasibility study, recommendation for project development, and projection of sales and revenue- Conducts Market and Competitor scan
Assists in the transition of construction site to Property Management and Homeowner's Association
- Prompt coordination with brokers and local government units to get details and requirements for prospect property and with concerned departments for conduct of preliminary analysis
Ensures legal due diligence of prospect properties- Compliance to property acquisition requirements, and government permits for license to sell
Minimum qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Financial Management, Economics or any business course
At least 3-5 years experience in the real estate industry
- At least 3-5 years experience in land banking, market analysis and financial reports
