• Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent course.

• Experienced Chemist in the paint industry or manufacturing environment.

Laboratory-oriented, hands-on job skills, and problem-solving skills.

• Trustworthy, productive, creative, and a fast learner.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee, coordinate, direct, and control all phases of activities in quality control for in-process, finished products, color and product modification, raw materials, and off-specs, ensuring compliance with specifications.

• Ensure confidentiality of technical information related to products and processes. Verify and validate all processes related to quality and quantity against standards.

Oversee, command, and control production operations/plant operations.
