JOB SUMMARYThe SALES OFFICER is expected to generate leads, make sales calls, strategize to find new prospects and convert them into patients or clients ensuring that the company shall meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth
focusing on Laboratory, Home Service and Retail clinic business.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients
Source and work client referrals- Promote specific products in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing
Maintain positive business and client relationships in the effort to extend client lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Impeccable client service skills- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Expert in time management
Organized work ethic- Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers
Able to handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Can work well under pressure
College graduate preferably a degree in Marketing- 2+ years of sales experience preferably from the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in finance-related programs will be an advantage.
Knowledge in organizational policies, procedures and system.
