Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, with a focus on POCT Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer and ELISA Tests. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Perform Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) using Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzers.
- Conduct ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) tests accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and handle laboratory samples following standard protocols.- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Record and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely and reliable test results.- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Must be a licensed Medical Technologist.
- Proven experience with POCT Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer and ELISA tests.
Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
