- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Serves all testing requirements needed by customer
- Sample raw materials, process and environmental monitoring, finished products and by-product of based on quality and environmental testing program needed of the plant.
- Inspect raw materials, process and environmental monitoring and finished products based on quality and environmental testing program needed of the plant.
- Provides reliable, accurate and on-time results of analysis
- Prepares, organizes, and completes quality assurance reports, worksheets and database as required by the section.
- Does simple troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment
- Conducts inventory of chemicals and glassware's and other support materials as required by laboratory operations
- Keeps up to date with current methods and techniques relevant to laboratory operations and implements those which are applicable
- Ensures that the laboratory is maintained as a safe, clean and organized workplace
- Conducts Quality Management System and Environmental Management System audits
- Performs other tasks as instructed by his superiors.
