Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated L3 APPS Support - Config / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for applications, configuration, and data analysis, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Proficiency in Data Analysis, SQL, Oracle, Postman, and Ecommerce platforms is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  

• Perform configuration management tasks, including setup, deployment, and maintenance of application configurations.
  

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in application data, providing insights for business decision-making.
  

• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases, such as Oracle.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  

• Utilize tools like Postman to test APIs and ensure the integrity and reliability of data exchange between systems.
  

• Monitor and maintain Ecommerce platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
  

• Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity.
  

• Optional: Provide support for Java applications and Linux Terminal, as needed.
  

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

• Proven experience in Data Analysis, SQL, and Oracle, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  

• Proficiency in using tools like Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
  

• Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and their operation is highly desirable.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  

• Optional: Experience with Java applications and Linux Terminal is a plus.
