Job Description

MUST HAVE/NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • SQL, Windows Server ITIL (Optional - XML, FTP)
Has at least one (1) year of experience in Level 2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem and Change Management
  • Experience in business domain processes
Experienced with any ticketing system
  • Customer oriented and Good communication
Language - Fluent in English (Written and Oral)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
Shift system
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • L2 Application Support: 1 year (Preferred)


SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows server: 1 year (Preferred)
ITIL: 1 year (Preferred)
  • XML: 1 year (Preferred)
FTP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • business domain process: 1 year (Preferred)
* any ticketing system: 1 year (Preferred)
