Support, implement, monitor, and set-up the O365 environment in respect of the standards of the group and of the Support processes- Second level of operational support for Worldwide Essilor and subs, including O365 and SMTP
Automate tasks in scripting (powershell, GAM, Office scripts) to match wiith Business needs and improve the support, KPIs, workflows, and reporting
- Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation.
Documents O365 configuration and architechture, update/create. Standard Operating Procedures, and brief team meembers and key users- Participate in emerging projects, and act at the technical level and as the liason for the rest of his/her department
Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the email system, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures,
Qualifications
MS O65 functionality and Administration (e.g. Office, Sharepoint, Exchange, Lync, Teams)
- must haveScripting Skills (Preferably Office scripting, powershell)
Knowledgeable in DNS,
Knowledgeable in Google G Suite functionality
