Kumon Associates will undergo a comprehensive
6-month probationary training to learn about the
Kumon Method and the different facets of the company. Successful trainees will become
Area Development Managers who have an active role towards franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with our Kumon instructors.
- RESPONSIBILITIES - AREA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Provide support to Kumon instructors (franchisees) with center concerns like, but not limited to the following:
Kumon Instruction Strengthen center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.
- Create, modify and conduct learning opportunities like center training and community meetings to Kumon Instructors and Center Assistants
Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
- Has high interest in learning and education
Able to work effectively in teams and individually- Has high regard for customer service
Can work well with minimal supervision
- Has high regard for teamwork and work commitment
Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing- Computer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
